First, be careful of yo-yo dieting( reducing large amount of food like not eating from breakfast to dinner stuffs.), its not healthy for you, and some of slimming medicines may not be neither. You can consult a doctor for a consultation, seek help in your parents if you want to.
the best way to lose weight is still through exercise or some activities like sports ( badminton, tennis, jogging, yoga, aerobics, Pilates) eat healthy. Avoid eating fried and salty foods. Eat more vegetables, salads and proteins. Eat less carbohydrates( rice, potatoes, pasta). and control sweet intakes. you can still enjoy eating food but not too much.
Try also clothes that may enhance your figure. The thing is you have to know what not to wear clothes that are too tight and too loose for it may look you bigger that you really are. do wear pants that has designs that has flared legs. wear skirts that are made of a softer material with an A-line cut. As for tops, you should look for those square necks or collared shirt. Wear heels to elongate your legs and avoid chunky flatforms. Just to remind you that you should be comfortable with what you wear.
